Radiation resistant,high power and low noise integrated amplifier module, integrates high power EYDFA and low noise EDFA in one,the product output up to 36dBm, power consumption< 30W@full temperature 36dBm.Through the anti-irradiation technology combining active and passive, the total anti-irradiation dose of the product ≥40krad,which still maintains excellent working performance indicators in the space irradiation environment.Compact design,module volume up to 180*160*32mm.
