General Description
InGaAs APD four-quadrant photodetector is a high-performance near-infrared photoelectric position detector, spectral response range of 0.9~ 1.7μm, with high detection sensitivity, high spatial resolution and fast response speed, widely used in alignment detection, precision displacement measurement, vibration detection, Angle measurement, guidance and other applications. The detector package is of TO39 type.
